This page will show you the current options we can provide and we hope you love these options because we sure do.

Currently, we offer the following options: See Pics below for a visual representation of these options.

Each Dome House  Kit Includes:
– Wooden construction modules made of C24 wood (Spruce or pine)
– Thermal insulation filling of the modules (Steico Flex 36 wood wool)
– Steel joints connecting the modules to the skylight keystone and the foundation
– Carpentry screws for assembling the modules
– Windproofing membrane
– Assembly instructions
– 1 set of architectural design plans

Dome Sizes 

1. Family Size 1440 sqft – 2 to 3 bedroom
2. Tiny Dome 347 sqft – Small but sleeps 2 to 4 very easily due to the unique loft build.
3. Special note: we can make the domes bigger thus giving you more square footage by adding extensions to them, adding extensions will change the shape of the dome, see pics below for examples.

Build Options

1. You build it yourself or hire your own contractor
2. We build it for you.

External Options – This is the way your home could look on the outside.

1. We offer a dome surrounded by normal sheathing like a standard home, with shingles, wood, or stones. Your wish is our desire.
2. We offer a smooth exterior, it will look like a hardened shell and can be any color you desire. This can be done in hempcrete, aircrete (coming soon), and maybe even adobe finish (depending on where you live)

Internal Options – What your walls and rooms will look like

1. Smooth rounded natural materials goes in line with the rounded dome (a combination of hempcrete and clay plaster)
2. Standard square build, much like a normal home, using paint, drywall and squaring it out

Insulation Options

1. Hempcrete (recommended, extra cost )
2. Wood Wool (included)
3. Standard (fiberglass, spray foam and etc, extra cost)

Architecture Plans

1. Choice of 2 pre-made options (slight extra cost per plan)
2. You can create your own plan by either using our architect or using your own.

Grid Options – This option is if we build for you.

1. Complete Off-Grid Package
2. Complete On Grid Package
3. Hybrid Off Grid Package
